NVR2L8 is a Corporation registered in the State of Maryland, recently awarded Federal approval to operate as a 501(c)(3), not for profit private foundation. Shortly, we will begin our fund raising efforts.  We hope that you will join us and provide an ear to listen, a shoulder to cry on, a voice where one hasn't been found and a hand where strength is needed. Empowerment is a tremendous accomplishment - by having a voice - being heard - others will step up and do the same.  It simply starts with one.
